1. Return Period:

    • Orders may be returned up to 14 days after receiving the package.
    • Return tracking must be emailed within this period.

    • Original item must be returned before placing a new order.

    • Free returns are offered for purchases damaged due to material or manufacturing error.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for other reasons.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
